The hotel is conveniently located for both the downtown area and Vanderbilt, making it perfect for walking to either destination. While the rooms could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, the overall proximity to key areas is a big plus.

The room I stayed in didn't seem to have been vacuumed during my stay, and there was a gum wrapper in the same spot for three days. Additionally, being on the street side made it at least 10 degrees warmer inside.
